The stay was excellent, but I wish the hotel had a fitness center inside and a larger pool.

The coffee, fruit, and vibe were nice, but the staff harassed me because I didn't have my physical debit/credit card. They reported me for staying while I waited for my card, and I had no car to leave. The outside temperature hit 90 degrees. I was charged for the room but couldn't enjoy breakfast or check in; my driver’s license was shown to staff with no issue, yet they still wouldn’t let me into my room. No alternative food was offered, even though losing or having a card stolen is common. I’m being held up by your federal agents holding my house and car—my home address is 9536 Garrison Way San Antonio Texas 78254 and my 2020 Red Toyota Highlander. Your commercial/real estate group is withholding them. I don’t have to lie about it; some staff and colleagues know. You’re also holding another colleague’s house and car—her name is Ruth Delawter.
