The location, two blocks from the cathedral, was great. My room was too hot, overly bright from the translucent ceiling, there was no fan, the doors didn’t close properly, and I woke up with the door open because it opens by itself.

The location (a few blocks from the cathedral) and the cleanliness were positives. The facilities were very outdated (bathroom, floors) and the doorbell was unbearably loud all night, so I couldn’t sleep.

Clean, comfortable, and well‑located. The reception was bad; I couldn’t pay by card and was overcharged in cash, it was very late and I had to give in.

I appreciated being able to arrive whenever I wanted and the place was completely quiet, but the electric shower heater stopped working.

The front desk was always busy, but the staff was very friendly and the hotel itself was very clean. The bed was comfortable and we felt very at ease 🙂 The only downside was that the guests above us started making noise early in the morning, but they were probably just doing their thing 😊
