Monica gave an extraordinary welcome, full of kindness and great tips for sightseeing. She speaks fluent French and is very responsive. The breakfast was good, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The rooftop terrace with spa is very pleasant and looks even better in person than in the listing photos. We felt a bit warm in the back room; a small air‑conditioner would have been appreciated. The ceiling fan wasn’t enough for us, even though it was October.

TUTTO!!!! Una struttura davvero eccezionale, arredata con gusto e provvista di ogni confort, inclusa una vasca jacuzzi nella terrazza comune. Con sole 4 camere è un ambiente silenzioso e rilassante, simile ad un riad per alcuni versi, situato al centro del paese. Un plus a Monica, l’elegante proprietaria, che mi ha aiutata in tutti i modi non solo nella pianificazione della visita a El Cotillo, ma anche delle mie tappe successive a FV. Inoltre la mattina ad ogni camera viene consegnato un sacchetto colazione con croissant freschi e frutta secca e fresca. Non potrei pensare di soggiornare in un posto diverso da questo a El Cotillo, veramente 🔝🔝🔝🔝🔝. Niente, tutto curato nei minimi dettagli!!!!

The décor of the house really caught our eye, and Monica was super friendly, giving us loads of spot suggestions and even cooking breakfast for us, which we truly valued. However, we had a different idea of what we were booking—thinking it was a hotel, but it turned out to be a shared guesthouse with other folks in the same building, so we had to keep our noise down and even close the doors carefully because they’re old. The numerous house rules felt a bit restrictive, and the room lacked air conditioning, forcing us to use a fan and keep the window open at night. Apart from those issues, everything else was fine. :)

The little hotel is very well kept, with nice and clean facilities, very friendly and attentive staff. It has a perfect location. With many details from Monica, who is always ready to help with recommendations.
