The staff were kind and welcoming, but the bedsheets were stained, the couch in the room had a stain, the curtain barely closed, the bathroom tile and floor were dirty, and after I stepped out of the shower the floor was so filthy that I could see the grime in the water of my footsteps—gross. I won't stay there again for $200 a night; I expected far more.

The location was in a nice part of town, close to restaurants and shops, but the floors were trashed—literally rolled my ankle walking down the hallway because the floor structure was failing. The restaurant/bar was run by someone who didn't know how to operate the register, so I had to FaceTime someone for help and ultimately couldn't get it sorted, forcing the place to shut down. It took an hour to get help cashing out at the front desk because they apparently couldn't handle it either.

The towel rack was missing from my bathroom, though it had been there before. The staff handled check‑in and check‑out wonderfully. Breakfast options disappointed me, but the food I chose was tasty.

The location was close to the events we needed to attend, and the front desk staff were friendly. The bathroom door in my room wouldn’t close properly unless I used a lot of force, and then it became very hard to open. When I arrived, a woman’s razor and some toiletries were still in the shower. The hallway was uncomfortably hot, and some furniture had stains.
