I wanted a refund after seeing the room and my check‑in experience. The place was not clean; dead spiders were on the floor, the air‑con was terrible, and it took over an hour to settle into our room after we were given the wrong room type twice and struggled with hot water. The room wasn’t as listed, no amenities were provided until we asked, there was no drinking water in the room as advertised, the bedding was awful, towels were stained, we had to ask for a cover sheet for the mattress, and we had to request a remote for the TV. Overall, a horrible stay with no pride in the product. The worst hotel I’ve stayed in the Philippines.

It was very quiet while I was there, with only one other guest. It was calm and relaxing. They host functions and usually have guests during the week, mostly weddings, anniversaries, and birthdays, and they’re often booked out for those events.

The room smelled wet and musty, and there was no bar fridge. At the reception, they said another room with a bar fridge would be available in the morning for an extra cost, but the money I paid—31,000 PHP—should have been free. I declined the offer, and we didn’t even stay one night.
