The rooms were very nice and exceeded my expectations. I was disappointed that the breakfast wasn’t “fantastic” because staff only prepared enough for the number of guests present. When a guest ate more than expected, there wasn’t enough left for those who arrived later, and when we asked for more, they refused. I paid for a good breakfast, not for leftovers after others had eaten. Very disappointing.

The parking is on the other side of the street; I arrived at midnight after a flight from the airport, the guard didn’t accompany me while I unloaded my luggage, he went back into the hotel and I was alone on the street at midnight unloading my stuff. Being alone late at night on the street can be unsafe.

I liked it—the coffee, the price, and the location. But there’s a serious billing issue: a month ago I had a problem with receipts not matching payments, and I was overcharged for a night a month ago and they won’t refund me, saying the process takes 180 days, which I find awful. In short, the stay was fine but this issue is causing me many inconveniences and problems.

The reception girls were very kind, as were the buffet staff at breakfast. They were all very pleasant. Excellent.
