“My stay”
The staff were all great and the room was clean, but the room smelled stale and stuffy, and the pool was green and unusable.
Very comfortable, but the plastic knives that were set out as new were used.
“Terrible”
There was nothing positive to mention. The entire stay was plagued by bugs and mold throughout the bathroom, dirty sheets, a shower curtain stained everywhere, and stains on all the chairs and blankets.
Only the bed was good; the front‑desk service when we arrived was lacking.
“Stay away!!!”
The hotel is located on the outskirts of San Antonio, which made early‑morning travel convenient. The room, however, was filthy, full of black mold; the towels were old and torn and the bed was dirty. Hairs were found on the bathroom walls, making it gross. When I mentioned the problems, the staff had an attitude and told me they could not do anything.
