The room felt very comfortable.

The welcome was very pleasant and check‑in was easy, but the air‑conditioners weren't cold and a bit of hose pair changing would bring the hotel up a notch.

Unfortunately, my stay was marred by the absence of hot water for bathing. The hotel failed to provide a basic amenity that's essential for a comfortable stay. Despite this, I'm willing to give them another chance to improve their services.

While I appreciated the hotel's location, my stay was marred by the lack of basic amenities in the bathroom. There was no shelf to place personal soap, and no hooks to hang extra clothing. A long mirror in the room would have been a welcome addition. Despite these issues, I'm willing to give the hotel another chance to improve their facilities.
