A very friendly lady handled our check‑in smoothly, the beds were comfortable, the floors were clean, and the breakfast was good. Still, we were upset by a pubic hair on freshly folded toilet paper in the washroom and another on the shower side, raising concerns about the cleanliness standards and staff attire during cleaning.
