The room was a decent size with a comfy mattress, yet there was a small passage that let outsiders slip directly into the room area without any security check, which feels like a serious breach. The location is only a bit off unless you’re driving.

The room was dirty, the place was far from everything, and the staff were unhelpful; the fire alarm went off while we were sleeping by accident and no one mentioned it.

The pool was nice, but a 5‑star hotel should have been a lot more than that. The atmosphere was flat, bar service was poor both by the pool and on the rooftop, the superior room was very basic, and the room and bathroom felt outdated.

Room and hotel was as described. It didn't feel like a 5 star hotel in terms of quality of the hotel and service of the staff. At best it was a 4 star hotel and that is due to the nice design of the hotel. My disappointment is mostly from the service and what i expected from a 5-star hotel for the value. I expected service to be exceptional with all the small details: opening the door, taking bags to your room, staff welcoming you every time you enter the hotel. Instead it was all do-it-yourself, take your own bags to your room, work out where the room, no greeting when entering the building. The room itself was average, it looked pretty but the bath was small even for one person, the second hose in the shower stopped working halfway through. The TV is incredibly basic didn't have any streaming apps available at all (even motels have this). And the room appeared clean until i looked under the bed to find something abd found anothee guest leftover peanuts (hoping that whay it was an not maggots) The view was just some trees, nothing crazy like expected. There was no mini bar, water wasn't resupplied when the room was topped up and there was nothing special about the amenities provided thay made it feel "5-star", everything was basic. It is a bit ridiculous you pay for a 5 star hotel and you also have to pay 10,000₩ to enter the pool after 7.30pm. When the expectation is as paying guests you can use it at any time during the opening hours. Also the safety grips on the steps in the pool kept peeling off (safety hazard), which my partner slipped and fell over and injured himself, we informed the pool staff of the hazard who seemingly shrugged off the issue. There was also no hot tub option available, unexplained why. Finally the food was dismal. It was worse than pub food but priced extraordinarily high. It seemed to be frozen food reheated. Overall if this was a cheaper 3-4 star hotel i might have enjoyed it
