The location is good, with a mall and plenty of food nearby. It’s hard to find, though; a big sign would help. You have to stop on the street, then walk to the elevator, and go up to the 6th floor. It would also be better if the hotel had a freezer in case we wanted to freeze some food.

The city‑business hotel chain is consistently solid with nothing to complain about, though the location is truly hard to locate. I had to circle the area several times and call customer service before learning it’s on an intermediate floor, so clearer external signage would be helpful.

The room was clean and the staff were incredibly friendly; when the hair‑dryer malfunctioned, they fixed it right away after I mentioned it, and it was reassuring to have someone who understood Japanese. However, there was no hand soap, so bring your own if you need it, and because the shower and toilet are separate, water runs toward the toilet side, quickly soaking the floor mat.
