If you want to experience a Tuscan dream, book your stay here—quiet, splendid views! I chose the spot because it’s close to Cortona—10 min by car, Montepulciano—30 min, Arrezo. It was even more beautiful than the photos showed—the pool area is so green and relaxing, the house itself is gorgeous, and the drive to the property is spectacular. The owner is friendly and eager to help; he even sent us back some clothes we forgot to pack. I’ll definitely return and recommend it to all my friends! Some window nets are missing; it would be nice to let fresh air in 😌

The place is perfect for a relaxed family getaway, located conveniently for exploring Tuscany, and the hosts were flexible with a late check‑in; you can even set up a barbecue for a fun activity.

We stayed with two young kids and everything was considered: a child chair, a baby bed, a lovely fenced pool, a playroom with a ping‑pong table for all ages, a playground featuring a trampoline, swings, a slide, a playhouse, and a volleyball net, a small field with football goals, bread service six days a week, air‑conditioning, a spacious apartment, and a friendly, engaged host.
