The rooms were clean and exceptionally well equipped, though a neighbor’s music could be heard. The kitchen would have been perfect if it hadn’t been so smelly. Everywhere else was immaculate, but the kitchen’s odor was strong; the smell came out when drawers were pulled out, and the fridge was just as bad. The fruit trees were terrible, and a lot of fruit flies drifted into the rooms.

The location is in a quiet, pretty spot (probably very nice in summer). The villa is huge and spacious with a very well‑equipped kitchen. The large courtyard offers many amenities (barbecue, fire pit, ambient lighting) – likely very lovely in summer. Car access to the villa is good, and parking is in front of the property (outside the fence). The villa uses a wood‑based fireplace heating system and a undersized radiator system (especially in the bathrooms). Because of this, the fire had to be fed continuously, which meant fueling it every 1.5‑2 hours. If the fire went out in the fireplace, the villa would cool down quickly, within an hour. Additionally, the fireplace had two caps on the upper part, where, especially when adding wood, a lot of smoke would escape (we had to open windows on the ground and first floor for ventilation). These issues affected the quality of the vacation, especially the repeated wake‑ups 4‑5 times during the night to reignite the fire.

The house is very well equipped with everything you need. It’s located in a quiet area. The rooms are spacious, and the courtyard is nice.

A secluded villa with plenty of quiet, comfort, and all necessary utilities, a gazebo with a grill, a play area for children, an orchard with pear trees and a small pond. Access to the parking requires a bit of experience.
