The staff go above and beyond—everyone is quick, welcoming, and does their job well. The seaside is beautiful, and the lack of loud music, just gentle entertainment, keeps the place quiet; they use filtered water in reusable jars so there’s less plastic, the cocktails and mocktails are great, and the app lets you order drinks at the pool and manage bookings. The facilities feel tired and clearly need renovation. We stayed in a bungalow with a sea view, but the railing design let us see the view only when standing, not sitting on the balcony; swapping the railings or raising the chairs would fix that disappointment. The food is good but basic compared to what we’re used to in Greece; desserts were amazing and better than at a café. At the end of the season there was enough space for everyone, but it would get crowded in high season.
