I stayed in a clean, comfortable room inside a large Victorian house in a quiet residential area of Swanage, just a 5‑minute walk from the historic steam railway and a 10‑minute walk from the seafront. There’s no dining room, so breakfast is ordered the night before and delivered to your room, which worked fine. The owners downstairs were pleasant.

Arriving a bit early, Lyn welcomed us warmly and said it was fine; the room was lovely and the bed extremely comfortable, though we missed breakfast, the menu looked great.

Very welcoming hosts, me and the Mrs enjoyed our stay couple nights for the swanage marathon, we will be back next year for the summer
