Bagaimana tamu menilai properti ini, aspek demi aspek.
The apartment was very spacious, clean and comfortable, located in a quiet spot close to the heart of Catania. I had great contact with the owner, Graziana, who was always helpful and available – thanks, Graziana! <3 The unit had two separate air‑conditioners and everything we needed for our over‑a‑week stay.

The location was just minutes from the center, the cleaning was good, the room was comfortable, and Graziana was friendly – we’d gladly return to the same place!

What we liked most was that the place met all the expectations described in the listing – no disappointments. The interior was tidy, cozy and comfortable, perfect for a longer stay. We especially appreciated the owner’s contact; she was very friendly, open and always ready to help, which made the whole stay calm and stress‑free. I have no complaints; everything met my expectations.

The place was pretty clean and the host was very helpful, plus it’s close to the city centre. However, there was a strong damp smell in the room, the entrance to the accommodation was awful, and the hallway was narrow, quite dark and isolated.

Everything from the furnishings to the privacy was amazing, the room itself was incredible. The palace where it’s located might look a bit off at the entrance, but it turns out to be a great stay!
