“Sem už nikdy. Raději kousněte okolí na něco jiného.”

Only the mattress is okay. The whole hotel smells of cigarette smoke that drifts from the restaurant, which is very unpleasant, and in the evening there was loud noise from the restaurant. The water in the room was cold upon arrival even though the reservation was confirmed in advance. The reception staff were confused and handled everything over the phone with management. The breakfast was a joke – a very sour girl asked if we wanted Hemenex and then brought a fried egg and bread with a slice of cheese and ham without butter, etc. When I asked about drinks she said, “D, we have to pay for it.” Okay, no problem, but then she brought two small coffee pods instead of the requested milk coffee and handed me mint tea instead of black without asking. Finally, there was hair in the food; when we pointed it out she apologized. Better run elsewhere, probably never again.

The staff are friendly and try hard despite communication issues, the location is central yet the room is quiet; overall it worked for a night. The breakfast, though tasty with a delicious omelette, still has room for improvement.

The offer was modest; coffee and juices should have been included as standard.

There is no air‑conditioning, the doors lock you in and they take away any freedom of movement.
