The privacy and isolation were appreciated, and the setting was natural and correct. It didn’t meet expectations because the pool wasn’t close to the accommodation. Since it was a steep path, we had to drive to reach the pool.

The location, the setting, and the pool were great. The rooms were dark because the old building had small windows.

We spent an amazing week soaking up the charm and peace of this lovely spot in the Tuscan countryside. The ample space, superb spot among olive groves and sun‑kissed vineyards, and the pool tucked among olive trees made our stay both relaxing and very comfortable. What really set it apart was the warm hospitality from our hosts—thanks, Katiuscia! We loved hearing the family’s stories—thanks, Anna 🧡—which gave the place an authentic, personal feel. The wine and cheese tasting was another highlight, with delicious products carefully made on the family farm. We also enjoyed an evening at the on‑site restaurant, discovering wonderful traditional dishes. And the Vin Santo ice cream with their cantucini was simply unforgettable—the perfect taste of Tuscany! A memorable week filled with Tuscan beauty, peace, great flavours and genuine hospitality. We’d love to return.

Katiuscia was very welcoming and attentive, and we’re grateful for her help and the various tips she gave us. The building where our apartment was located has all the charm of beautiful old Tuscan houses. The large fan right above the bed was very useful during those hot days. The spacious communal kitchen on the ground floor has everything you need. The pool is great. The tour of the vineyards was very interesting and followed by a generous tasting of the delicious cheeses made on site, not to mention the wonderful olive oil from their own production.

Great place, perfect escape from Florence in the green. The staff is very helpful and there is a great restaurant next to the building. The wine and cheese tasting was awesome and is included in the room rate. Thanks for having us.
