I was blown away by everything: the hotel and apartment were gorgeous, the location unbeatable, and every detail was flawless. I strongly suggest booking the jacuzzi and sauna—everything is set up for you, so you just arrive, relax in the warm, stunning jacuzzi, and watch seals frolic against the loch backdrop. Marcin was outstanding, going above and beyond repeatedly, and his help made a huge difference; this is the best hotel I've stayed in for a long time, and I'm sad to leave.

A lovely, quiet spot with a fantastic view where we saw brown trout leaping. However, the reception was unwelcoming, indifferent, and cold; no tour, no introduction to the possibilities, and the message was essentially “get yourself together.” Ceiling lights were broken and promised to be fixed, but that never happened. Wifi and TV didn’t work in the room until the third day, and we had to reconfigure the TV ourselves. On day three, we only discovered the sauna and fire pit behind a closed fence, showing that the manager was out of season and hardly present on the premises. The photos were misleading—booking should fix that. The luxury room photo was deliberately omitted from the series; its location was depressing and dark. It’s a shame, because the rest of the place is beautiful.
