The staff were friendly and the breakfast was good, with coffee and soda available 24 hours and a soft bed. I didn't look into the location beforehand and ended up too far from Shibuya, but that was my fault, not the hotel’s. Tokyo rooms are small regardless of the hotel.

The rooms were beautiful with a lovely vibe, very clean and comfortable, and the common areas were great for hanging out. The rooms were larger than other Tokyo hotels we’ve stayed at, but they didn’t feel as authentic as some other Japanese hotels. The check‑in process was quite long for such a large chain, and the price was high compared to similar hotels.

The staff were amazing and the lobby felt welcoming. The room was clean and not as cramped as European rooms, and the shower was hot with great pressure. The area was quiet overall, and there was a Mini Stop on one corner and a 7‑11 a few steps from another. The two bars on the corner turned into strip clubs at night, changing the vibe, but it was still surprisingly safe.

This hotel was just perfect for a 6‑day stay in Tokyo, away from Shinjuku and Shibuya’s chaos; a 5‑10 minute walk to the station puts all hotspots within about 30 minutes; the 7/11 in front of the hotel has a great bar and gym. I’ll definitely return! Everything was perfect.

The staff were welcoming and friendly, and the rooms were clean and spacious, but the location wasn’t ideal, surrounded by shady spots with a red‑light vibe.
