“Inconsiderate”
I was not even able to stay after paying for the room. An they are refusing to give me my money back after I was told that I could not stay because I didn’t have a card with $100 to put on hold. The guy that was at the desk, told me to contact booking to get a refund and then denied the refund when booking reached out. I was not even able to stay after paying for the room. “Fair”
The place sits close to the highway, but the rooms feel very old and worn out, and the cleanliness was lacking – there were crawling bugs in the bathroom and shower.
“My stay was great because of the location of all the Great places to eat. Hotel okay.”
Check‑in went smoothly, yet the towels were stained, the bed was hard and worn, and the room had no ventilation, making it stuffy at night; the crack at the bottom of the door let hallway noise and heat in, though placing towels at the door helped a bit.
