This was my second visit to The Queens Head Hotel, and its location is ideal for exploring Kingston. The staff are outstanding, and the meals are exquisite. I will definitely return to The Queens Head Hotel.

The welcome was very friendly, the room and facilities were excellent, and the staff were great throughout the stay. Parking is very limited and only free on‑street between 6:30 pm and 8:30 am.

The pub girls are charming, always attentive, very kind, and the food is fantastic; they do everything to make us feel good, they’re the best! Thanks, girls, for giving us such a great stay over the past three years. We’ve been here twice before, this is the third time. We come from Barcelona, and in theory they’re supposed to hold our luggage if our room isn’t ready when we arrive, but the new manager made us lose a spa reservation in London on the day we arrived for 390 € because it was at 2 pm and she told us we had to be in the hotel at 3 pm sharp to drop off our bags, that we shouldn’t leave valuables in the luggage because it wasn’t her responsibility if something was lost since she wasn’t there to guard the bags. (In previous years we’d left the bags and she even brought them to the room.) My sister had a different room, and upon arrival she, without asking, assumed we had the same room and told us we couldn’t all stay together; she hadn’t let us speak because my sister had a reservation in one room and my husband and I another. She only spoke without listening, very haughty. Later she served us breakfast and the service was normal. In the room they didn’t clean it, they just put the sheet over the pillows; I’ll leave a photo so you can see. It’s a shame because if you remove that, everything else is great.

The bedroom was stunning, the staff were fantastic, and the atmosphere was truly lovely. I’ll definitely stay here again.
