I was already annoyed when I arrived because the lift didn’t work, and that wasn’t mentioned in the booking; the staff were nice, but the lift remained non‑functional, the window stayed open leaving the room full of mosquitoes, there was a lot of dust, and the bathroom was poorly maintained.

The staff at both the reception and the restaurant were friendly and helpful. The hotel’s location is a drawback; it sits on an industrial area surrounded by empty company buildings. The interior has been cleaned up, but the renovation is obvious. The building is old, the door slams hard, and it’s quite noisy.
