The staff (Danny at service, Antonio the bartender, Matteo at service, and the super sauna master Hans) and the spa equipment and food quality are so good that I can’t understand why it isn’t 5 stars. Nothing else.

The staff were exceptionally helpful, friendly, and attentive throughout our stay. The food was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of options. There was also a very good selection for children, which made dining with the kids especially easy and enjoyable. The pool water felt a little cold in the afternoon. The garden rooms unfortunately do not have much of a view. The hairdryer could be a little more powerful.

The food is fantastic. I’ve eaten at many five‑star hotels and Michelin restaurants, but nowhere has the food tasted better than here. Every evening. Even though the hotel was full, it felt calm and semi‑empty. Comfortable parking.

The facilities were great, the staff were friendly, the breakfast was extraordinary, and every dish and dessert was superb.
