The location, construction, and park were great, and there were no issues.

I spent a week on Margaret Island; the hotel was clean and tidy, the room spacious with a clean bathroom, and robes and slippers were provided. Huge thanks to the cleaning ladies for replacing towels, tidying the room, and finding a robe in the right size upon request. The front desk, restaurant, and pool staff were all welcoming. Breakfast was hearty, with something for everyone. The thermal area had plenty of space, four indoor pools and one rooftop pool, a summer terrace for sunbathing. The bus to the city, metro, and around the island (route 26, stop near the hotel) was convenient. The park was lovely, the “singing fountain” beautiful, restaurants plentiful, many walking paths, and the option to rent four‑wheel bicycles for 2–4 people. We really enjoyed staying at the hotel; it’s a shame the week flew by. We’ll try to return. Thank you for the stay. P.S. Special thanks for allowing us to bring our cat, who didn’t want to leave.
The spa was excellent and free, breakfast was good, but the air conditioning was a bit weak and not enough on hot days.

The surroundings were nice, the rooms were beautiful, tasty, with good beds, a tidy bathroom and plenty of space; the view was great. Morning coffee and food were delicious, and the spa bath felt luxurious. Everything was fine—no negatives.
Quiet and very well located traffic-wise! The breakfast matches the standard you expect from a hotel of this type. The spa area is beautifully equipped, with both indoor and outdoor pools. During our stay, renovation work on the underground access to the spa in the hallway forced us to walk across the street to the spa in the opposite building, but with great summer weather that was no problem!
