Breakfast was good, the beach location and proximity to the hotel were nice, but the Wi‑Fi was terrible—only available in the lobby, and extra fees were charged for rooms, even though we had been told otherwise; the internet in the rooms was also bad; lunch and dinner had many options but many dishes that should have been hot were cold; the pool and garden were very small and cramped.

The place was cramped, noisy, the clientele was poorly behaved and uneducated, and the food was bad.

I loved the staff and the animation team—especially Marta—who were wonderful and very kind; the beach pier and the pool were both fantastic, though the mattress fell short of expectations.

“I won’t recommend”

Not a lot to say, but Maria, who handled guest relations, was very good, helpful, and organized everything we asked for—top service. The bed was nice and comfortable. The hotel is Ultra All Inclusive and 5 stars, but I can only give it 3 stars. Wi‑Fi is paid extra; otherwise there’s no internet. The corners are cut, the balcony door handle is falling off. The writers are sad and aggressive; the drinks taste like acid, and if you ask for a writer they’ll put a tea box on the table, otherwise they’re not friendly. The bathroom entrance is uncomfortable.
