What really sets this place apart is its location, letting you explore Palermo’s heart conveniently and comfortably since the building sits on a main street; once you drop your car in the parking just a few metres above (an external lot not directly attached to the host), you can enjoy walking the rest, with the convenience of returning to the room whenever you need. The quality‑price ratio is not great, in my view – you pay a lot for a room with a bathroom that could use a general refresh, the décor (Venice‑themed paintings, why?) and the furniture that looks a bit worn. You can have a holiday, but it’s not memorable enough to recall the accommodation, yet it doesn’t cost much.

The place is right in the historic centre and Luigi and his team are friendly. Booking didn’t honour my request for two separate beds; I arrived to find only one. Seeing my disappointment, they unfolded the sofa for seven nights! They simply don’t have a two‑bedroom option and apologized. So Booking… 😏
