I was really impressed with the hotel's facilities, the location is stunning and has everything you need. The staff, particularly Esmeralda, were a highlight - she was always on hand to make sure everything was okay. The only downside was the noise from the nearby road, but it didn't ruin my stay. Overall, the hotel's charm and Esmeralda's warm hospitality made up for the minor drawbacks.
