Nothing positive. Everything was bad; I felt extremely unsafe in the area and they wouldn’t let me cancel or refund. They were not helpful at all, and I had to pay more to book somewhere else because I was at risk.

I booked the hotel because it was listed as a “Shitei Hotel,” but when I arrived it turned out to be a love hotel, and the front desk staff were very unfriendly. It was the worst experience ever.

The room was conveniently located near Shinjuku and the price was reasonable, but the Wi‑Fi was non‑functional, which forced me to lower my rating. Aside from that, the staff, room, and cost were all satisfactory.
