“We had a great stay here.”

The room was spacious, featuring a separate toilet, shower, and deep bathtub. Breakfast offered a wide variety of excellent options. The location was superb—within walking distance to the old town, markets, and numerous restaurants. The hotel also had a lift, which wasn’t mentioned in any of the hotel information or reviews. The pool was lovely and large but entirely exposed to the sun; on some days the water was too warm and the paving nearly scorched your feet. Management should consider installing shade cloth or something similar over part of the pool, and it would be better if the pool were accessible without having to walk through reception.

This laid‑back hotel sits in a good spot, just far enough from the bustling tourist area. The room and bathroom were both large, and the shower was excellent. Outside the hotel you’ll find a selection of barbecue and local food outdoor grills where locals gather to eat, and the food there is superb.

“We didn’t stay, we checked out an hour after checkin.”

The location is great, and the pool is one of the best in Hoi An. However, the rooms feel dated; the bathrooms lack ventilation, the bath was cracked, one sink didn’t work, and the hot/cold shower was difficult to adjust. The pool also appeared a bit cloudy. I’ve stayed at this property many times before and the pool was always exceptionally maintained; this time it wasn’t great, and combined with the dated rooms and broken bathroom, we were too disappointed to stay.

The location and room size are positives, but the bar service was only average.

The location is great, breakfast is good, the bed is comfortable, and the building is solid. The building and facilities need upgrading, and the area around the pool needs cigarette butts picked up.
