Everything was terrible—the place, the view, the staff… I couldn’t find anything I liked at all.
“Man klara sig om man tänker bara på nånstans att sova men man kan hitta bättre på Airbandb sama pris”
Very close to the train/bus station and easy to get around Berlin👌 There’s a nearby café if you want to grab breakfast and a grocery store! The bathroom had no soap and no towels, the mattresses were very uncomfortable and the pillows were awful, but they were clean. There was nothing on the floor and no slippers in the room. It felt like sleeping on the street because it was so noisy!
“nice stay but broken sink and ants”
We had our own sink and TV in the room. The staff was very nice, though she didn’t speak any English. The location was good, right next to the Berlin Ring. We had trouble with a leaking sink and an ant infestation. We had to put the bin under the sink to prevent flooding, unlike our neighbors who had water all over their floor. The ants crawled into every food we had, so we had to throw it out. They also took over one whole side of our double bed, so we had to sleep on the other side. There was no soap at the toilets or near the sink in the room. The shower and bathroom had very dim lighting, and there was no hot water in any sink. Our neighbors were very loud during night hours, banging doors, stomping loudly, and dropping glass bottles.
“Bom.”
The staff was very friendly, which is great for a hotel/guesthouse. Cleanliness was good even with shared shower and toilet. The location is decent, close to Alt Moabit, a lively area with many immigrants, and the S-Bahn and U-Bahn are right in front. There’s a café downstairs that isn’t part of the hotel; if you bring your own coffee it’s cheaper. For Germany it’s a fair price, especially if you don’t mind luxury. I have no complaints; you just need to understand Berlin.
Direct connection to the S-Bahn, hassle‑free check‑in, and a sink in the room. The facilities were very sparse—there wasn’t even a small bar of soap. The door was just a privacy screen, and the hallway noises, which went on well into the night, flooded the room. One bed was comfortable, the other was a nightmare.
