The venue, rooms, restaurant, tranquility, and overall luxury are superb, and the staff are very professional and friendly; only a slight increase in restaurant attention would be appreciated.

Breakfast was good, and the staff were caring, pleasant, and cordial, but the room lacked adequate facilities and supplies, and the relaxed management style could use tighter service standards to match the ratings and costs.

The hotel is delightful, the staff are wonderful, and the location is perfect; we enjoyed spotting wildlife on the grounds, and the new, fantastic facilities made for an amazing stay—I highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay in Victoria Falls near the river and close to nature.

The property is gorgeous with lovely grounds and excellent service, but it’s very far from main town VF; it’s better if you just want to relax on site, and it’s very very pricey.
