Two helpful women on the staff, especially Tracy, made my stay smoother. The hotel’s transit team helped me reach the city center, though it cost extra. I enjoyed the warm indoor pool and found the bed incredibly comfortable. However, the location works for business travelers; if you want to be closer to the center, this isn’t ideal. The male staff could improve their customer service.
