The place is about a 6‑minute walk from the metro station. The room sits inside a house; when you step in you’re on a lower floor with a toilet, and you have to climb another level to reach the bed—essentially a duplex. Our room was directly in front of the house’s main door. Soundproofing was weak; we could hear other guests and the door creaking as if they were entering our room.

Very clean, well organized, well equipped, friendly and attentive host, simple check‑in. A bit noisy, but it didn’t spoil the overall impression.

Great area, grocery stores and cafés nearby. The metro is close and getting to the center is quick and easy. The accommodation itself was disappointing: no proper window, damp and cold. When I tried to heat the AC, it started smelling awful and it took a long time to ventilate because there was no good window. The TV remote was sticky and dirty. The first‑floor walls had mold. The humidity made us sick, ruining the rest of our vacation.

“Disappointing experience – great location but poor facilities”

The only thing I liked was the proximity to the metro station, which made it easy to reach the city center, and the courtyard was nice. The room felt like a cramped storage closet with barely any room to move. For over a day we had no hot water and had to take freezing showers. The staff seemed indifferent to the issue; their response time and involvement were disappointing. The common kitchen had a strong mold odor. Aside from the good location and courtyard, everything else was let‑down, and I would not recommend it.
