“Was wir wollen: super Personal, super Service, zuvorkommend, perfekte Zimmer!”
The team at Hotel Brix and Arcade was truly sensational. We even faced an emergency: we needed new rooms because a nearby hotel near the event venue had no rooms available, and Brix reacted immediately. Within 2 minutes everything was sorted and we could book extra rooms at Hotel Arcade. The commitment and service were amazing. Thank you sincerely and we will book again.
The room was spacious and well furnished, and it had a fan, which was essential because it would have gotten too hot otherwise. The purpose of the rotary switch was unclear; it might have controlled the ventilation strength.
Large, clean rooms; self‑check‑in worked fine, and the breakfast area was lovely.
“GREAT STAY”
The room fit our needs perfectly and the on‑site dining options were great; the chill‑out lounge was fantastic for relaxing, and the location was superb with plenty of bars, restaurants, and cafés nearby. The check‑in process was a bit tricky—probably my fault for forgetting the PIN, and I couldn’t connect to Wi‑Fi right away to retrieve it, so I had to press the buzzer for help, but the staff member wasn’t very helpful.
The bed was comfortable and the atmosphere very peaceful. Unfortunately, the double room was only equipped for one person, and we couldn’t get into the hotel because we didn’t know the door code.
