“B&B sostanzialmente buono per soggiorni brevi , stanza quadrupla ma non adatta a 4 adulti o ragazzi”

Breakfast is not included, optional, costs 4€ per person at a partner bar 400 m away, which we chose not to use. The spot is great for walking to Via Toledo and other areas (Lungomare, Mergellina, Porto, Quartieri Spagnoli, etc.) while staying out of the bustle. Right under the B&B there's a bar that was closed for holidays these days, so I’m unsure if it would be noisy during open hours. The room is on the 1st floor, with two steep staircases that are quite demanding, especially after a day of walking or if you have a lot of luggage (there is an elevator, but only for residents). The room had a double bed and two single beds; one of the singles was actually a pull‑out sofa, not very comfortable for an adult, more suited to a child under 12. There is no balcony, making it hard to dry towels or swimwear, especially for longer stays. Fine for a weekend.

Beautiful accommodation in a very nice area. Comfortable. I find the policy of having to check out at 10:30 am a bit excessive.
