The room was spacious and clean, the staff were friendly, and the Wi‑Fi was excellent. It’s a bit outside the city centre, but the bus stop and BTS station are close.

The bed was comfortable, the rooms were clean, the service was pretty good, and the staff were nice. A 7‑Eleven convenience store is at the entrance of the alley that leads to the hotel. However, the room type I stayed in didn’t include a hair dryer, which I hadn’t noticed beforehand and found quite inconvenient during my stay. I was told that hair dryers are fixed to certain room types and require an upgrade to use, which I did not choose because my stay was short. It would help if room amenities were listed more clearly, and if a paid hair dryer rental option could be offered.

“この方がいなければ次回も利用します。”

値段の割にお得感あり。. 延泊をホテルに直接頼んだ所、ホテル代も納得して支払いました。 しかしその後別のスタッフからホテル代が間違ってましたからと、追加支払いを要求されました。 契約後追加支払いは必要ないと思いますが、そのスタッフは最初のスタッフが新人で間違って契約したとの一点張り。 私はマネージャー？オーナー？だから私の言っることが正しいと主張し続けました。 長時間話し結果追加支払いはしませんでした。 何回か利用し全て素晴らしいホテルだったのに１つのトラブルだけで印象がすっかり悪くなりました。
