The staff were respectful and friendly. The only plus was the staff. The pool was not good at all. The food was just okay. The rooms weren’t very comfortable. Overall, I didn’t like it much.

The water park was perfect for both kids and adults. The food was excellent, with a wide variety of tasty options at every meal. We also loved the beautiful beach, which was clean, relaxing, and just a short shuttle ride from the hotel. We really enjoyed our stay. The music from the evening entertainment was quite loud in some rooms behind the stage at night; better sound insulation or a lower volume would make the stay even more comfortable.

The kids got plenty of attention, with a dedicated playroom and entertaining shows, and the kitchen was tasty. The staff were very responsive and friendly, making our holiday wonderful.
