The staff were super friendly and the food at the pizzeria was perfect.

The place was shabby and dirty, with hair everywhere and brown water from the shower, and it fell apart.

The room size was fine, but there was no one at reception for at least a good quarter‑hour upon arrival, a phone number that didn’t answer, no online check‑in, the breakfast was terrible, the shower door was broken, and there was nothing to hang towels.
