The staff were friendly, the room was clean, and the hotel is located in a beautiful valley. The food at the restaurant was tasty. I felt cold and couldn’t warm up (early September); the rusty radiator in the bathroom spoiled the overall impression. Breakfast was very retro, with limited options—sweet items like a purchased Christmas bun and tiny plates that barely held anything. The restaurant meals were very expensive.

The location is super good, right by the ski lift, and the staff are very friendly. Unfortunately, the TV was unusable because there was no signal, and only cash payments were accepted. We were transiting and hadn’t exchanged Czech crowns, so we could only pay in € cash, which came with a very bad exchange rate.

We really love it here. The hotel sits in a beautiful spot right under the mountains and the staff are great. By the end of summer the room gets a bit cold and the double bed is split by a wide divider, so you can't get cozy. The Wi‑Fi is weak.

The hotel is clean, nice, and the staff are accommodating, smiling, and very helpful. The surroundings are beautiful. The food is very tasty for a reasonable price. Overall, I’m very satisfied. Nothing comes to mind as a drawback.
