The room and surroundings look lovely, but communication with the property could improve. We arrived at 19:00, it was dark, and the entrance was hard to find because it’s tucked away and only lit by a dim interior path. We booked a room with air conditioning, yet it didn’t work, so it got unbearably hot and we couldn’t sleep after sunrise, waking at 6:30 sweating. We talked to the hotel, but they gave long answers without fixing anything.
