The room was super clean, spacious, and comfy, with breathtaking mountain views. The continental breakfast stood out thanks to freshly baked croissants and homemade jam. A huge shout‑out to Antonella, the sole staff member, who ensured we and our large dog had every comfort. The village of Orsomarso is a hidden treasure—go, stay, and be happy!

San Nilo is just a short walk from Orsomarso’s center, a quiet mountain village where you can truly escape. Communication was prompt, and the host welcomed us warmly. The room is small but includes a fridge. We loved the location and views, but the mattress and breakfast were disappointing. Plenty of free parking is outside the B&B. Driving up through the village is a challenge, but keep going! The mattress felt like cardboard—so thin and hard it seemed like sleeping on the floor. Breakfast was basic: bad coffee capsules, a single croissant, and pre‑packed crispbread; fresh fruit would have helped (fruit‑flavored yogurt was offered). Bar Battiglia, just down the road in the square, has a helpful lady who serves better coffee and fresh pastries. The double room only had one chair for the balcony, which is a nice spot to sit in the evening.

The B&B is gorgeous, overlooking the mountain and the Virgin of the Cave, with an outstanding breakfast made by Francesca, the owner, who is very friendly and always available. Orsomarso is magical, and staying at San Nilo makes it even better. The bed is extremely comfortable and scented, and the towels are lovely.

The central location, the view of the landscape, and the proximity to the Torre Pietra stream are great. The mattress was too firm.
