The breakfast was solid, though the bed sometimes felt a little uncomfortable.

the quietness at night due to it being on an office area and after 5.00pm they are shut and the area is quiet. 1. Not given room l originally asked for, had to go back to reception to sort 2. Light on standard lamp did not work 3. No control for the TV. Staff had to take a tv and remote from another room and hoped if anyone booked in that room they did not want to watch tv 4. Cobwebs on the ceiling and lot of dust on the fabric above the beds 5. Toe nails on the floor, by the bed near the toilet 6. No plastic bag in the bin. 7. shower cubicle's door was dirty 8. Lack of some of the foods on the last day of our stay Put all this on a piece of paper and handed it to someone who finally came to reception when we where leaving

The spot was decent, but everything else was awful: the chair in the room was filthy, I had to lay towels over it because of white stains and grime on both arms, the shower tray was blocked, the knob was broken, the window was broken, and the carpet was disgusting.

The staff were all very friendly. Bedrooms could have been abit cleaner more the bathrooms and round windows a little more attention to detail and doors refurbished as they are abit battered
