Nothing good to say; the property feels old‑fashioned with terrible, unhelpful staff. There are no smart TVs, room service is limited and the night menu is awful. The staff are useless and not even qualified to handle issues. The interiors are dated with awful furniture. The hotel should only be a 4‑star at best, so calling it 5‑star is baffling.

This charming hotel exudes Victorian elegance; The Pelham feels like a stylish private townhouse rather than a typical hotel, with beautiful interiors, rich colours, exquisite fabrics, and elegant furnishings that create a warm, intimate atmosphere. Its character and meticulous detail make it a truly special place to stay. The location is superb, letting you explore London comfortably while enjoying timeless English sophistication. I’d gladly return.

The location is excellent, just steps from the tube, but the walls are thin so be careful if you’re sensitive to noise.

A charming hotel in a very good location with surprisingly courteous staff. We had to change rooms once because the original was damp and smelled of mold. In both rooms the beds were noticeably sagging. At the front desk they confirmed knowledge of the very old mattresses and said it was “in process” for us, but unfortunately that was too late and generally quite slow, as the depressions were already visible. Additionally, our faucet was slightly defective, the shower dripped, the extra bottle of water was missing, the coffee machine hadn’t been cleaned, and the room service never arrived.
