Infinity Beach Dhigurah

Hotel and service at the highest level. The gentleman received us from the port and drove us to the hotel. We were warmly welcomed with cold juice and towels. The staff is wonderful, very communicative and helpful. Rooms are cleaned daily, towels are changed every day, water is replenished all the time. We also used the tours – again help and overall organization are irreplaceable. The staff took care of us even on the tour and ensured our comfort and helped on the spot. From the hotel you can also rent scooters and bicycles, which we used, and after 5 minutes they were delivered to us. Very pleasant, family atmosphere. Breakfast is very good. Great location – no construction around the inn. Silence and peace. Rooms are clean, nice and well maintained. Very atmospheric place. There is nothing to criticize, the best hotel on the island with wonderful service.

Nothing A real trap. Don’t fall in: terrible hygiene, scams and zero professionalism. Our stay at Infinity Beach Dhigurah has been a nightmare from start to finish. The place is lamentable and customer service borders on absolute negligence. First, the staff spend the whole day smoking hookahs and weed in view of everyone. The most alarming and dangerous thing is that these same people (like Anaan) are then the supposed “diving instructors” who take you to the water; a total lack of safety and seriousness. Regarding management and human treatment, you are not a guest, you are a walking wallet. They try to monopolize your vacation by pressuring you and forcing you to book all activities and excursions exclusively with them, forbidding or boycotting you from looking for options with other local agencies on the island. And the worst is that, in the few activities we did with them, the motivation was nil: we booked the whale shark excursion and, during the 4 hours we were on the boat, no crew member bothered to check the sea or seriously look for it. They threw 90 € into the trash with absolute indifference. On top of that, when paying, they invented services and charges on the bill that we had never consumed to inflate the invoice. You have to review every line because they try to overcharge shamelessly. The facilities leave a lot to be desired: the place’s hygiene is terrible, maintenance is nil and we suffered constant power cuts throughout the stay. The staff is very unprepared and only wants to take money at the cost of deception and lack of effort. Save yourself the disgust and find any other place in Dhigurah.

“Lugar perfecto, personal más amable aún ✨”

The place is dreamy, very quiet because it’s a hotel with few guests and all the staff super friendly, special mention to Hanif, Firash, Adam, Elias, Noman. All very kind, they clean and set up the room at different times of the day, took me to the supermarket, to the sand tongue, to the hotel after dinner and not knowing how to find the way back… all super kind ❤️ I would come back again and again. On the downside, it’s a bit more remote than the other hotels in the center and Bikini Beach, but everything is close and you can walk to the places.

“Excepcional”

The place is very pleasant, and the guys running it are very attentive. We did two snorkeling trips and highly recommend them; they worked hard all the time to show us animals and keep us happy.
