The location, facilities, and breakfast were all good, but housekeeping fell short: towels and trash were left outside the door as instructed, yet they were not collected for three days. I filled out a green docket for clean towels and toilet rolls, handed it to reception, and nothing was delivered, so I had to go back to reception to pick them up myself.

The room was comfortable and the location convenient. Unfortunately, the washing machine and dryer were broken, forcing me to use a laundromat down the street—apparently called Laundry World, which was surprisingly good. The breakfast was not the best and came out cold.

The room was a nice size with plenty of space for more than a couple of people. However, the couch and chair in the sitting area were uncomfortable, and the bathroom lighting was very dim, needing improvement.
