“Très belle hôtel.”

The hotel’s common areas are lovely, the pool is beautiful, the restaurant is good, and the staff at the reception and restaurant are friendly; parking is available in front and behind the hotel. However, the rooms need refreshing—bathrooms are tiny. Tonight our server at the restaurant seemed unfocused; our dish was served at the neighboring table, and our digestif nearly went back to the kitchen. To top it off, the complimentary digestif kindly offered by our Belgian neighbors appeared on our bill the next morning, which we paid before leaving. I think next year we’ll switch hotels.

“Pech beim Zimmer, sonst Potenzial”

The staff were extremely friendly and the breakfast was above average for France with scrambled eggs, Wiener sausages, cheese, cold cuts, croissants, and pain au chocolat; the bread was also very tasty, the location was great, and parking was free. The downside is mainly our room (No. 119 in the old building). A different room could have earned us a perfect 10. Our room was very small and, despite appearing recently renovated, still felt old-fashioned. The bathroom was tiny with no space to change clothes. The bed was small for two people, creaked with every slight movement, and we feared it would collapse. We also heard every noise in the hallway, stairs, and from the neighboring room. The restaurant staff could see into our room from the dining area. Cleanliness was acceptable, but we found a dried contact lens in the bed upon departure that didn’t belong to us. The outside temperature was around 25 °C, yet the room was unbearably warm; even with ventilation, the kitchen noises were loud and highly disruptive. Opposite our room was a storage room for the hotel’s craftsmen, always open and not conducive to a good atmosphere. Overall, the disappointing room ruined the stay.

The location is perfect, the food is very tasty, the rooms are clean, spacious, and quiet. Nothing to complain about.

“Parfait 👍”

Perfect 👍 everything is there. The price of the room with breakfast, sauna, and indoor pool. The meals and especially the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. A very, very good address.
