I called ahead to ask questions but couldn’t get through until the day before, and after staying two nights the second day I had the key and could come and go freely; the room was large and clean, the unit bath’s shower curtain was too narrow but there was no odor, the shower was very powerful, the fridge cooled well, and there were a household AC unit and a ceiling‑mounted one, so it cooled well; however, a convenience store was not nearby and there were no vending machines, so I had to buy supplies in advance, which seemed best by car; at the entrance there were many swallow nests and droppings, tiles were peeling and plywood was laid down, the lobby had AC but the hallway in front of the room was hot, one of the three rooms didn’t have a household AC until I unplugged and re‑plugged it, the curtains had a tear where they open and close, the bed base was torn but still slept fine, and there was a slight odor from the drain that lingered without a ventilation fan.
