We didn't like it at all. The accommodation was expensive, the breakfast was bad, the whole stay was uncomfortable, and I cannot recommend this place.

“A comfortable and memorable stay with great food and wonderful local atmosphere.”

The hotel was excellent; the room was very spacious, clean, quiet, and had a large, comfortable sofa. The downstairs restaurant served delicious food, and if you’re lucky you might even catch a local party happening there—an unforgettable experience. The staff were friendly, patient, and helpful. Hahaha. Nothing negative; I truly enjoyed my stay.

The hotel’s location was convenient, close to various fortresses, and the room was spacious, but it wasn’t ready when I arrived. The building’s overall cleanliness was lacking, the restaurant’s menu didn’t list prices—something I’d never seen—and given the price and poor meal quality, it seems Uzbek customers don’t pay the same. The staff were apathetic, and we felt like we were bothering them.

The location was good and the rooms were very spacious, but the cleanliness of the bathrooms and linens wasn’t the strongest point of this hotel.

The location was near the fortresses and the rooms were huge, yet there was no English spoken by the staff, making communication hard, and the breakfast was bad.
