The reception staff were not very pleasant, and overall the friendliness of the team was lacking.

The apartment was great and well equipped; cleanliness and daily cleaning were very good. Staff were friendly and helpful. Parking was convenient. The overall facility was beautifully maintained both indoors and outdoors. The pool café bar served a full range of drinks and light snacks and meals, such as pizzas, paninis and salads. The pool area is very nice, but it is somewhat small in terms of the number of sunbeds/parasols and the actual pool size given the number of possible guests in the accommodation. We went during the peak summer period when the hotel was full. In addition, during our stay a large group of families—around 100 guests—were all known to each other, many with small children and babies who spent the entire day at the pool; consequently, it was difficult for us to find sunbeds available as they had been effectively reserved with towels and bags by the families’ group.
Very good location in Mougins for visitors with a car. The hotel provides underground parking. Far from the crowded and noisy Cannes, which we liked very much. Big and nice swimming pool and beautiful garden. Friendly and helpful staff. Very comfortable beds. We didn’t like mowing the lawn during the day while we were using the swimming pool. It was very noisy and we couldn’t stand it. The same thing with cleaning the pool. It should be cleaned before opening hours. We also had a small balcony with just two chairs (for our group of 4 it was not enough).
